  • 2 OZ PINNACLE WHIPPED VODKA
  • 2 OZ ORANGE JUICE
  • SPLASH LEMON-LIME SODA
  • combine vodka and orange juice and pour over ice.
  • top with soda and garnish with orange or cherry.

SEX ON THE BEACH (WHAT A NAME)

  • 1 1/2 OZ PEACH SCHNAPPS
  • 1 1/2 OZ VODKA
  • 2 OZ EACH CRANBERRY JUICE, OJ, PINEAPPLE JUICE
  • blend ingredients and pour over ice
  • experiment with a dash of grenadine.

SLOW SCREW

  • 1 OZ VODKA
  • 1/2 OZ SLOE GIN
  • SPLASH ORANGE JUICE
  • mix in a shaker with ice. Strain and serve over ice.

A LITTLE SATISFACTION

  • 2 OZ CHILLED VODKA
  • 1 OZ FRANGELICO
  • 1 OZ IRISH CREAM
  • 4 MARASCHINO CHERRIES
  • pour ingredients except irish cream in shaker with ice and shake well.
  • strain into chilled glass. Float irish cream on top.
  • garnish with maraschino cherries.

NYMPHOMANIAC

  • 1 OZ SPICE RUM
  • 1/4 OZ PEACH SCHNAPPS
  • 1 /4 OZ MALIBU RUM
  • 2 MARASCHINO CHERRIES
  • mix ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well.
  • strain and swirl into glass and garnish with cherries.

SCREAMING ORGASM

  • 1 1/2 OZ VODKA
  • 1 OZ KAHLUA
  • 1 OZ IRISH CREAM
  • 2 MARASCHINO CHERRIES
  • mix ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well.
  • Pour into chilled glass. Garnish with cherries.

  • 1 OZ VODKA
  • 1/2 OZ AMARETTO
  • 1/2 OZ CREME DE BANANA

  • 1 OZ TRIPLE SEC
  • 1 OZ GIN

  • combine ingredients in shaker(except cherry) with ice. Shake well.

WHITE VELVET KISSES

  • 4 OZ GIN
  • 1 OZ CREME DE BANANA
  • 2 OZ PINEAPPLE JUICE
  • 1 OZ LIGHT CREAM
  • DASH GRENADINE
  • PINEAPPLE SLICES
  • BANANA SLICES
  • mix ingredients in shaker(except bananas and pineapple) with ice. Shake well.
  • strain into chilled glass.
  • top with dash of grenadine. Garnish with pineapple and banana.

HONEYMOON COCKTAIL

  • 1 OZ APPLE JUICE
  • 1 OZ ORANGE JUICE
  • DASH LIME JUICE
  • 2 TEASPOONS HONEY
  • BRUT CHAMPAGNE TO FILL
  • STRAWBERRY
  • ORANGE PEEL
  • mix ingredients(except champagne) in shaker with ice.
  • strain into champagne flute. Fill with champagne.
  • garnish with strawberry and orange peel.

ALMOND JOY

  • 1 OZ AMARETTO
  • 1 OZ CREME DE CACAO
  • 1/2 OZ COCONUT RUM
  • 2 OZ CREAM OR MILK OR TRY 1 OZ COCONUT CREAM AND 1 OZ MILK
  • mix in a shaker with ice. Strain and serve over ice.

FLORIDA PUNCH

  • 3/4 OZ BRANDY
  • 1 1/2 OZ RUM
  • 1 1/2 OZ ORANGE JUICE
  • 1 SLICE ORANGE
  • 1 1/2 OZ GRAPEFRUIT JUIC
  • mix in a shaker with ice. Strain and serve over ice. Garnish with orange slice.

MOJITO

  • 1 1/3 OZ RUM
  • CLUB SODA
  • 1 OZ LIME JUICE
  • 2 WEDGES LIME
  • 12 MINT LEAVES
  • 1 1/2 OZ SUGAR SYRUP
  • mash lime juice, mint leaves, and sugar syrup in bottom of glass. Fill glass with ice and add the rum. Fill with Club Soda and stir allowing leaves to float to the top. Garnish with lime wedges.

BLOODY MARY

  • 1 1/2 OZ VODKA
  • 1/2 OZ LIME JUICE
  • 1/2 CUP TOMATO JUICE
  • DASH SALT
  • DASH PEPPER
  • DASH TABASCO SAUCE
  • DASH WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
  • mix together and pour over ice. Garnish with lemon wedge and leafy celery stalk.

WHITE RUSSIAN

  • 1 OZ KAHLUA
  • 1 OZ VODKA
  • 2 1/2 OZ CREAM - HALF AND HALF
  • pour over ice and stir

CALYPSO COOLER

  • 3/4 OZ PEACH SCHNAPPS
  • 1 1/4 OZ CAPTAIN MORGAN SPICED RUM
  • DASH OF GRENADINE
  • SPLASH OF ORANGE JUICE
  • mix together and pour over ice.

CURACAO COOLER

  • 1/2 OZ TRIPLE SEC
  • 1/2 OZ VODKA
  • 1/2 ZO BLUE CURACAO LIQUEUR
  • 1/2 OZ LIME JUICE
  • 1/2 OZ LEMON JUICE
  • 1/2 OZ ORANGE JUICE
  • 1/2 OZ SUGAR SYRUP
  • 4 OZ LEMONADE
  • pour all ingredients into a glass filled with ice.

CAPTAIN MORGAN COOLER

  • 1 OZ CAPTAIN MORGAN
  • 2 OZ PINEAPPLE JUICE
  • SPLASH CHERRY JUICE
  • DASH OF GRENADINE
  • mix together with ice and pour into glass.

KONK KOOLER (from Disney's Castaway Cay)

  • 1/2 OZ DARK RUM
  • 3/4 OZ LIGHT RUM
  • 1 OZ PASSION FRUIT JUICE
  • 1 OZ PINA COLADA MIX
  • 1 OZ ORANGE JUICE
  • mix all ingredients and shake well. Pour over crushed ice.

LONG ISLAND ICED TEA

  • 1 OZ VODKA
  • 1 OZ GIN
  • 1 OZ WHITE RUM
  • 1 0Z TEQUILA
  • 1 OZ TRIPLE SEC
  • stir ingredients with ice
  • FILL GLASS WITH COKE
  • TOP WITH SPLASH OF ORANGE JUICE

TROPICAL SQUEEZE

  • 2 OZ COCONUT RUM
  • 1 1/2 OZ SPICED RUM
  • 6 OZ ORANGE SODA
  • pour coconut rum in glass and add crushed ice and spiced rum. Top off with orange soda. Garnish with orange slices.

DUTCH FLAG (a drink from Bonaire)

  • 1 1/2 OZ DARK RUM
  • 1 1/2 OZ WHITE RUM
  • 3 OZ PINA COLADA MIX
  • 2 OZ BLUE CURACAO
  • DASH OF GRENADINE
  • this drink will have the layered look of red, white, and blue.
  • mix dark rum and grenadine with crushed ice at the bottom of the glass
  • in a separate container, mix white rum and pina colada mix with crushed ice and add to the glass for the next layer
  • blend blue curacao with crushed ice and top the drink with this final layer.

BOOTY-LICIOUS

  • 1 OZ AMARETTO
  • 1 OZ COCONUT RUM
  • SPLASH PINEAPPLE JUICE
  • SPLASH CRANBERRY JUICE

  • MARASCHINO CHERRY
  • mix ingredients with ice and shake well.
  • strain into chilled glass and garnish with pineapple and cherry.

BLUE PARROT

  • 1 1/2 OZ VODKA
  • 1 OZ BLUE CURACAO
  • 1 OZ AMARETTO
  • 5 OZ PINA COLADA MIX
  • combine with crushed ice and garnish with pineapple wedge and cherry
  • PIRATE JUICE
    • 1 OZ VODKA
    • 1 OZ RUM
    • 3 OZ ORANGE JUICE
    • 3 OZ PINEAPPLE JUICE
    • mix together over ice and garnish with orange slice

    WHITE CHRISTMAS

    • 1/2 OZ WHITE CREME DE CACAO
    • 1 OZ SOUTHERN COMFORT
    • 4 OZ EGGNOG
    • combine all and shake with ice and strain. Sprinkle nutmeg and chocolate shavings

    SLIPPERY NOG

    • 1 OZ IRISH CREAM
    • 1 OZ BUTTERSCOTCH SCHNAPPS
    • FILL WITH EGGNOG
    • combine all and shake with ice and strain.  Stir well.
  • FUZZY CHOCOLATE NUT

    • 4 OZ HOT CHOCOLATE
    • 1 1/2 OZ PEACH SCHNAPPS
    • 1/2 OZ AMARETTO
    • WHIPPED CREAM
    • GROUND CINNAMON
    • CHOCOLATE SHAVINGS
    • pour hot chocolate into warm mug.
    • add peach schnapps and amaretto; stir.
    • top with whipped cream. Sprinkle ground cinnamon and chocolate shavings.
  • A DAY AT THE BEACH

    • 1/2 OZ AMARETTO
    • 1 OZ COCONUT RUM
    • 1/2 OZ GRENADINE
    • 4 OZ ORANGE JUICE
    • combine in a glass of ice and garnish with pineapple slice

    • 3/4 OZ TEQUILA
    • 1 OZ BLUE CURACAO

    • combine ingredients over ice, then fill glass lemon lime soda

    CORAL REEF

    • 1 1/2 OZ VODKA

    • mix all ingredients with crushed ice and serve.

    TSUNAMI (from Hawaii)

    • 1 OZ SPICED RUM
    • 1/2 OZ DARK RUM

    • 4 OZ PINEAPPLE JUICE
    • 1/2 OZ GRENADINE
    • combine spiced rum, coconut rum and pineapple juice over ice
    • float the dark rum and grenadine on top

     CARNIVAL CRUISE LINES WARM CHOCOLATE MELTING CAKE

    • PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES F.
    • melt 8 OZ SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE AND 2 STICKS (1 CUP) BUTTER in microwave or over hot water. Cool 10 minutes.
    • In a separate bowl whisk together:
    • 4 EGGS
    • 6 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
    • whisk in  1/2 CUP FLOUR
    • whisk in  3 ADDITIONAL EGGS
    • add egg mixture to chocolate mixture. Pour into 8 individual baking cups or ramekins.
    • bake until just done - 15 to 20 minutes. The interior will be melting, not set.

    MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE

    • 1 CUP BUTTER
    • 2 CUPS SUGAR
    • 1/3 CUP UNSWEETENED COCOA
    • 4 EGGS
    • 1 TSP VANILLA
    • 1 1/2 CUPS FLOUR
    • 1/4 TSP SALT
    • 2 1/2 CUPS CHOPPED WALNUTS OR PECANS, DIVIDED
    • 1 - 10 1/2 OZ PKG MINIATURE MARSHMALLOWS
    • 1 1/3 CUPS SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
    • 1 1/4 HEAVY CREAM
    • Preheat oven to 350. Grease 13 X 9 pan. In large mixing bowl, with electric mixer, beat butter, sugar, and cocoa until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Continue beating 2 minutes longer. Beat in flour and salt just until blended. Stir in 1 1/2 cups nuts. Pour batter into pan. Bake 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. 
    • Sprinkle top of cake with marshmallows. Bake 3 minutes or until marshmallows soften. Cool on wire rack for an hour.
    • In small saucepan combine chocolate chips and cream. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until blended and of spreading consistency. Spread over marshmallows. Top with remaining 1 cup nuts. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.

    RUM CAKE

    • 4 EGGS
    • 1/2 CUP RUM
    • 1 YELLOW OR WHITE CAKE MIX
    • 4 SERVING SIZE INSTANT VANILLA PUDDING
    • 1/2 CUP OIL
    • 1/2 CUP WATER
    • 1 CUP CHOPPED NUTS
    • mix together adding nuts last. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake at 325 degrees for about one hour. Remove onto plate. Use long fork and poke holes all over.
    • IN SAUCEPAN COMBINE AND BOIL 5 MINUTES
    • 1/4 CUP BUTTER
    • 1/4 CUP WATER
    • 1 CUP SUGAR
    • TURN OFF HEAT AND ADD 1/2 CUP RUM
    • spoon gently over cake. What gathers at bottom scoop up and keep pouring over the cake. Keep doing this even though it is tedious as it is worth it.

    SUNRISE BLUSH WINE CAKE

    • 1 (18.25 oz) PACKAGE WHITE CAKE MIX
    • 1 (3 oz) PACKAGE ORANGE FLAVORED JELLO
    • 4 EGGS
    • 1/2 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
    • 1 CUP SUNRISE BLUSH WINE (YOUR CHOICE OF BLUSH IF NOT WILHELM)
    • OLIVE OIL
    • FLOUR
      GLAZE
    • 1 1/2 CUP POWDERED SUGAR
    • 1/2 CUP SUNRISE BLUSH WINE (OR YOUR CHOICE OF BLUSH)
    • preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a 10" bundt pan.
    • in large bowl stir together cake mix and jello.
    • make a well in center and pour in eggs, oil, and wine.
    • beat on low speed until blended. Scrape bowl and beat 4 minutes on medium speed.
    • pour batter into greased and floured bundt pan.
    • bake for 40-45 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
    • Make Glaze: in small bowl stir powdered sugar and 1/2 cup wine.
    • pour half the glaze on the cake while still warm.
    • let set for 10 minutes and remove cake from pan.
    • allow cake to cool completely before pouring remaining glaze on top.
